Q - Who are Opal Telecom?
A - Opal are one of the UK's largest telecoms network providers. We were founded in 1995, and have grown from strength to strength. Q - What is our relationship with Carphone Warehouse?
A - We are a subsidiary of Carphone Warehouse. Opal began as a company in 1995 and from there gained a healthy and sustained customer base. Carphone Warehouse saw the success Opal achieved, and in 2002, they acquired the company. Opal is still a separate company from Carphone Warehouse, but the relationship has broadened both our customer base and our profile.

A - Here are a couple of reasons why we believe Opal is better than our rivals:

Q - What do I need to have to become an Opal Reseller?
A - The ultimate facility that any Opal Reseller requires is their own Billing Platform. Even if you don't have your own platform, talk to an Opal reseller account manager about hosted billing services that are available. The only other requirement we expect from our Resellers is dedication and a knowledge that Opal can take your business further.

Q - What marketing and training support will I receive if I join up to one of the Opal Partner programs?
A - Opal can offer formal training courses specifically designed for Dealers and Resellers, ongoing support and advice from your dedicated Dealer or Reseller Manager, a committed Sales Support team and helpdesk, and additional training programs for your staff. As for marketing materials, Opal can offer your own branded marketing materials, an Annual Forum, regular hospitality throughout the year, use of Opal's exhibition stand and promotional materials if required, frequent marketing communication e-mail bulletins, and also a specific channel newsletter informing you of relevant Telecoms information.

Q - If we have any technical problems, who should we contact?
A - When you join Opal Telecom's Partner Program, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager. These will be your first point of call. They will be able to assist you in any problems or queries you may have.
