Network Dialler
Control and automate campaign dialling for your call centre agents.
Opal Network Dialler is a network-based dialling system that provides Preview, Progressive and Predictive dialling to enable call centres to increase call rates and improve their agents' talk time.
Once your agents have worked through a campaign, Opal Network Dialler provides them with a list of numbers that were either busy or didn't answer the first time around.
Available options:
- Preview - your agents control when to dial the next number on their lists. The information for the next prospective dialled number appears on the screen, allowing the agent to decide on the best time to ring that customer.
- Progressive - similar to preview dialling in that the information of the next prospective customer appears before the call. However, the computer then dials the number after a pre-determined length of time, e.g. 5 seconds
- Predictive - uses an automated process to predict the called parties' response rate and the availability of sales agents. It is used to improve agent productivity. Cuts down on silent calls, as the system will only dial out the right amount of calls for the number of available agents.
