Opal's Data Capture service helps you harvest useful caller data for a telephone-based service, promotion or competition.

You set up a series of questions that your customers respond to by leaving voice clippings on Opal's IVR system. For example, callers responding to a competition may leave their name, address and telephone number as well as their answers; you can then retrieve and process this information when convenient.

Opal Data Capture can be used for many applications including Tipsters, recorded information services, voting services etc.
