Call pre-screening

Allow callers to be routed to a specific number/department

Opal Call Screening allows callers to choose options about the nature of their call, so that their call can be routed to a specific number or department.

The caller is asked to select options such as "0" for "operator", "1" for "Sales", "2" for "technical enquiries" etc. before the call even reaches your base. Pre-screening calls on Opal's network allows us to improve the delivery of calls to the correct place, and ultimately saves both you and your customer time and money.
