The supermarket
A mother is shopping in her local supermarket to find that her favourite brand of muesli has been removed from the range. She goes to customer services to enquire but there is a long queue so decides to do her weekly shopping at another supermarket. The supermarket bring back the brand and through the RANT&RAVE interface, sends each affected customer an SMS message alerting them that the brand is now back in store.
The football club

A premiership football club has just beaten its biggest rival to become the champions of the league. There were five outstanding goals, with a hat-trick from this seasons most exciting player. The premiership football club are so delighted with this result they want to share the excitement with their fans and set up a RANT&RAVE line for them to express their views on the goals scored. The football club receive several thousand phone messages and some of them are so exhilarating they broadcast them on their official website. Each month they send an SMS campaign to those fans giving them updates on the football club’s success.
