A: Yes, you will need to have your existing mobile network provide you with a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) and pass this to your Opal Account Manager.
A: You should expect delivery of your equipment by courier within 5 working days of signing your contract.*
A: Please ensure that you request this from your Opal Account Manager at the time of contract signing as Opal will need to lift the international bars for you. You will also need to ensure that there is appropriate network coverage in the country you are calling from. A: You will receive a monthly paper bill which charges line rental in advance and call charges are in arrears. Your first invoice will charge from the date of connection plus one month in advance. Opal also has an online ebilling service which allows you to view your bills on line. Please request this at the time of signing your contract.
A: Along with your new handset, you will also receive a mini user guide containing full instructions on how to activate your voicemail.
