Member of the Independent Committee for the Supervision of Standards of Telephone Information Services (ICSTIS) - ICSTIS is the industry-funded regulatory body for all premium rate charged telecommunications services. It is a non-profit making organisation that regulates the content and promotion of PRS services through its code of practise. They investigate complaints and have the power to fine companies and bar access to services. Opal is again represented by Head of Opal Media, Tony Couch. Opal is clearly regarded as a key industry voice by ICSTIS and we work closely with them to help combat fraud
