Opal Telecom to Star at Call Centre Expo Again

Call Centre Expo 2006

Opal Telecom will again be one of the main exhibitors at the annual Call Centre Expo, held at the NEC Arena. This year, the event is taking place on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th October, and Opal will again have a prime location to help customers out with their telecoms enquiries. But for this year’s event, Opal are taking a difference stance.

On the back of the success of last year’s ‘Back to Nature’ themed stand, Opal has again booked a central location for the Call Centre Expo 2006. However, instead of using the event to launch several new products to the call centre industry, as what has been done in previous years and will also be done by several other exhibitors, Opal are using this year’s event by offering themselves as an advice centre. The theme for the event is ‘Join The Debate’ and we want visitors to come to the Opal stand with their queries and issues with the telecoms market. On the stand, Opal will have our highly trained product and technical support advisors, along with our sales team. They will all be there to help you with any issues you have with the telecoms industry as it is today, and help you prepare for the future.

The telecoms industry is constantly changing, and we are about to enter a new era. With changes to 0870, Ofcom rulings, VoIP and much more happening in the world, Opal will be there to help you embrace this new phase.
