Opal Triumphs with Customer Satisfaction

Our recent independent customer satisfaction survey indicates that 90% of customers would recommend Opal Telecom. Our customer satisfaction survey was conducted at the end of 2005 and beginning of 2006. The results were exceptionally good for Opal Customer Services and highlighted the outstanding work and support we provide for our customers.

. 91% of respondents stated their expectations had been met
. 95% of respondents are satisfied overall with their dealings with Opal
. 7% of all respondents stated Opal are more expensive than their competitors
